Position Description
- Customer communications during project execution and system installation
- Participating in planning and designing sessions with customer and engineering team to determine the scope and deliverables of each project
- Developing and communicating with the development team the project strategy and plan needed to achieve the stated deliverables
- Establishing and continually managing the role of each project team resource so that the project is logically conducted
- Effectively coordinating the activities of the team to meet project deliverables and deadlines

Position Description
- Act as Tier I support for customer calls; escalating and redirecting inquiries as necessary
- Work with customers to specify, quote, and design customer product enhancements

Minimum Qualifications
